What happens if a family needs me immediately?

You define the escalation rules. Calls that require immediate attention — a first call at 2 a.m., a family in crisis — can be routed directly to your phone. Routine after-hours inquiries are handled by the agent and summarized for you.

Will families know they're talking to an AI?

The agent answers as your funeral home and does not present itself as a human. Families generally recognize it as an automated system — and consistent feedback is that it is substantially better than voicemail or a generic answering service. No one expects a person at 3 a.m.; they expect to be heard.

How long does setup take?

Most funeral homes are live within 5 business days of the initial onboarding interview. The setup fee covers everything — the interview, agent training, integration, and a test call review. We don't go live until you're satisfied.

What if I want to update my services or pricing?

Send us the changes and we update the agent within one business day. There is no charge for updates. The agent needs to stay current to serve your families accurately.

Is there a long-term contract?

Monthly billing, cancel anytime. The $999 setup fee is non-refundable after go-live, but the 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers the first month's subscription fee if you decide it isn't right for your funeral home.

What does the 30-day guarantee actually cover?

If you cancel within 30 days of going live, we refund your first month's subscription fee in full. We cannot refund the setup fee after the agent has been built and deployed — that work is done either way.

Can multiple staff members access the dashboard?

Yes. You can add your entire staff. Each person gets their own login with the appropriate access level.

How are call summaries delivered?

After every call, a summary is sent by text message and email to the contacts you designate. The full transcript is also in your dashboard. You can configure who gets notified and for which call types.
